Acceptable Use Rules
Prohibited
- giving third parties access to the account beyond the agreed number of users;
- violating the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the rights of third parties, including intellectual property and personal data protection rights;
- uploading or distributing malware, or taking actions aimed at disrupting the products;
- circumventing technical restrictions, plan limits and security measures;
- unauthorised security testing (scanning, access guessing attempts, load testing) without the Operator's written consent;
- mass unlawful or unsolicited messaging (spam), including through messenger channels, and breaching the messengers' own rules;
- processing data without a legal basis and the required consents of data subjects;
- copying, decompiling and distributing the Platform software.
Consequences of a breach
Where security is at risk or in case of a material breach, the Operator may restrict access after notifying the Client and giving time to remedy, unless an immediate restriction is needed to prevent damage. A repeated or material breach is a ground for terminating the contract under section 13 of the Offer.
