Privacy Policy
1. Who processes the data
The operator is Tehsnab Group LLP, BIN 190440008175, Karaganda, Republic of Kazakhstan. This Policy sets out how personal data is collected, used, stored and protected in accordance with Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection”. For data that the Client enters into the products about its own customers and employees, the Client determines the purposes of processing and the Operator acts on the Client's instructions under the data processing terms.
2. What data is processed
- Account: organisation name, IIN/BIN (if any), full name and position of the contact person, email address, phone number, identifiers in connected CRMs (Bitrix24, amoCRM).
- Content of work in the products: tickets and correspondence, attachments, bookings and data of the Client's customers, messages of connected channels, internal notes.
- Integration data: identifiers of CRM users and objects, OAuth tokens (stored encrypted), telephony data when connected.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, login time, activity log (audit).
- Remote support (Support): ticket number, operator name, session time and technical identifiers; the screen image is transmitted in real time only after the user's explicit consent and is not recorded.
- Connecting your own AI via the MCP protocol (Support): the user decides whether to connect an AI assistant; access is limited by the user's role, actions are logged, and it can be disconnected at any time.
3. Purposes
Providing the products and support; handling tickets, bookings and messages; notifications and confirmation codes; security and abuse prevention; analytics and service improvement; compliance with the law; recording acceptance of the offer.
4. Where and how data is stored
- Data is stored on servers in the Republic of Kazakhstan. When AI-based features are used, the content of a request is sent to external AI services, including outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, only to the extent and for the time needed for the feature to work.
- Tenant data is isolated: queries are filtered by workspace identifier, secrets and keys are kept in a secrets vault, OAuth tokens are stored encrypted.
- Security measures: TLS 1.2+ for connections, password hashing (Argon2ID), API key hashing, signed sessions with limited lifetime, rate limiting, logging of critical actions.
5. Third parties
Data is shared only to provide the service. External services are listed on the Subprocessors page. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for marketing purposes unrelated to providing the services.
6. Cookies and localStorage
The websites and products use localStorage for the session, language and theme. Web analytics services (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica) that set their own cookies are used to analyse traffic. We do not place advertising cookies.
7. Retention periods
- Active subscription — for the entire term of the subscription.
- After the contract ends, the Client has 30 calendar days to export data; the data is then permanently deleted. Backups are deleted within 14 days after the primary data is deleted.
- Audit logs — 30 to 365 days depending on the plan.
- Remote access credentials are deleted immediately after the session ends or expires.
- Evidence of acceptance of the offer (version, date and time, identifier, IP, user-agent) is kept for as long as necessary to protect the rights of the parties.
8. Rights of the data subject
You may obtain information about the processing of your data, request correction and deletion, receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format (if export is included in your plan), and lodge a complaint with the authorised personal data protection body. Send requests to ilya.uchkin@tehprof.kz; they are reviewed within 15 business days. If a request concerns data entered by our Client, we will forward it to the Client.
9. Children
The products are not intended for persons under 16; such data is deleted when discovered.
10. Changes
We notify of material changes at least 15 days in advance by email or in the interface. Previous editions are kept in the archive.
