Consent to Personal Data Processing
This document is the full text of the consent to the collection and processing of personal data that you give to Tehsnab Group LLP in request forms, when registering in the products, in ad forms and in the cookie banner. It contains all the information required by Article 8(4) of Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection” (the “Law”). Details of processing are in the Privacy Policy; external services are listed on the Subprocessors page.
1. General information
- Operator: Tehsnab Group LLP (TehProf brand), BIN 190440008175, Republic of Kazakhstan, Karaganda, Lobody str. 29/3, apt. 9.
- Person responsible for organising personal data processing: the director, Uchkina Anastasiya Andreevna, privacy@tehprof.kz.
- Data subject: the person who gives consent and enters their name (and surname, if the form asks for it) in a request form, at registration or in an ad form. The Operator keeps a record of the consent: the name and surname from the form, the date and time, the edition of the text, the method (checkbox, sending the form) and the IP address. Consent given in the cookie banner relates to the browser and is stored in it.
- Actions with the data: collection, recording, systematisation, storage, updating, use, transfer to the persons named below, anonymisation, blocking and destruction.
- Publication in publicly available sources: neither the Operator nor the third parties named below publish personal data in publicly available sources.
- Storage: the Operator's databases are on servers in the Republic of Kazakhstan (Hoster.KZ Company LLP).
- Withdrawal: by writing to privacy@tehprof.kz, and for cookies also via “Cookie settings” on the website. Within 15 business days the Operator and the third parties stop processing unless the law requires it, or the Operator gives a reasoned refusal (Article 8(7) of the Law). Consent cannot be withdrawn where this contradicts the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan or while an obligation remains unfulfilled (Article 8(2) of the Law).
- Age: consent is given by persons aged 18 or over; for a minor — by their legal representative.
2. Request sent from a website

3. Registration and work in the products

Data that the Client enters into the products about its own customers and employees (correspondence, bookings, contacts) is processed by the Operator on the Client's instructions — data processing terms; the consent of those persons is ensured by the Client.
4. Ad form on Facebook or Instagram
The form opens inside Facebook or Instagram, and Meta also processes the filled-in form under its own policy. The form has two checkboxes; neither is pre-ticked.

Without checkbox 2 nothing about the request is passed to Meta; the request is handled in the same way.
5. Cookies and the website banner

This document is published in Russian (tehprof.kz/legal/consent/), Kazakh (tehprof.kz/legal/kk/consent/) and English; in case of discrepancy the Russian text applies. New editions are published on this page with a date; a consent applies in the edition in which it was given, and previous editions are kept in the archive.
