The price and scope are set by the invoice or contract (Plans).

Special terms

• The connected data sources, term, limits and scope of configuration are stated in the invoice or order. Configuration and implementation are IT services under section 5 of the Offer.
• The Client ensures a lawful basis for transferring data from its sources into the product. Where personal data is processed on the Client's behalf, the data processing terms apply.
• When AI features are used, data is sent to external providers to the extent needed for the feature (Subprocessors).
