About the product

Dialogs is a communications module: WhatsApp, Telegram and MAX channels, bots, and integrations with CRMs and other systems. Product website: dialogs.tehprof.kz.

Plans

The price and scope are set by the invoice or contract (Plans). The cost of messenger channels and messenger fees is not included.

Trial period: 3 (three) calendar days from registration. After it ends, paid features continue to work once paid for; nothing is charged without a payment.

Special terms

Channels depend on the rules and availability of the messenger platforms. The Operator is not liable for a messenger restricting or blocking the Client's numbers or accounts, or for changes to its rules and access terms.
The Client is responsible for obtaining recipients' consent to messages and for complying with the acceptable use rules, including the ban on unsolicited messaging.
The content of conversations is the Client's data. Where personal data is processed on the Client's behalf, the data processing terms apply.
Connecting and configuring channels and bots are IT services under section 5 of the Offer, unless included in the plan by the invoice.
